Clerkships

Applications Being Accepted for 2024-25 Clerkships

Each year, Allen Superior Court offers clerkships for recently graduated law school students who have taken the Indiana Bar exam. These clerkships are rare opportunities to experience all facets of civil law early in an aspiring attorney’s career. Clerks get to write, to research and to learn first-hand how to work in the Courtroom. The opportunity to work first-hand with Judges, attorneys and Court staff, offers a great leg up on the future. Applications are accepted from 3L students and should include a resume, transcript, writing sample and references.

Applications are being accepted for law clerks to serve during the 2024-25 term. For more details, download the detailed job posting.
(Applications must be received no later than November 17, 2023, but should be submitted as soon as possible.)
