Commercial Courts Law Clerkship Opportunity

An opportunity is available for a judicial law clerk in Northern Indiana, serving the Commercial Courts of Indiana. This is a contractual position for up to $61,200 annually rather than employment. The successful applicant will begin work on August 2, 2021.
NOTE: Only attorneys admitted to the Indiana Bar and recent graduates scheduled to take the Bar exam in 2021 will be considered.
The clerk will provide services in Northern Indiana to Allen Superior Court Judge Craig Bobay, Elkhart Superior Court Judge Stephen Bowers, Lake Superior Court Judge John Sedia and St. Joseph Superior Court Judge Steven Hostetler. The position provides for a monthly payment to the clerk of up to $5,100 with no additional benefits. The successful applicant will be principally located within the Allen Superior Court in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
