Criminal Division Services (CDS) is the supervising division of Allen Superior Court and it consists of three specific departments: Drug Court Program, Alcohol Countermeasures Program (ACP), and Pretrial Services.
The Allen County Adult Probation Department is under the authority of the Honorable Thomas J. Felts, Judge, Allen Circuit Court.
HOPE Probation is a one year intense probation supervision program. HOPE has 4 phases, each phase being 90 days long. Clients can be directly placed on HOPE Probation at the time of sentencing or can be modified from regular supervision following a violation, if the client is in need of more accountability.
